About the Role
Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Execute and coordinate the ERC Program in Romania and as needed for other markets (70 % Romania, 30% other units to be assigned)
- Day-to-day operational management of compliance tasks as well as effective collaboration with other departments and units, as well as relationship management with all LT, LT-1 and below stakeholders
- Act as an advisor, supporting business initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Deliver training and communication programs to promote ERC awareness and risk prevention.
- Foster an ethical culture aligned with the Novartis Code of Ethics and local Industry Code.
- Conduct compliance monitoring and independent reviews to support risk management.
- Support external partner risk management and handle third-party engagement escalations.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in a regulated industry or audit/consultancy firms with pharmaceutical exposure.
- Strong project management and risk assessment/management skills.
- Proven ability to support projects and collaborate in cross-functional environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and operational excellence skills.
