Summary
As a Senior UI & UX Developer specializing in Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Figma and Adobe XD you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience and interface of our innovative solutions. Your deep expertise in front-end technologies will drive the creation of intuitive, dynamic, and visually captivating applications, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
About the Role
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement critical and high-quality UI/UX components utilizing Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create and maintain reusable code and UI & UX components to drive high efficiency and consistency across the platform.
- Translate findings into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
- Optimize the performance of the user interface and ensure responsive design across a variety of devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
- Stay current with trends and advancements in web development and user experience design.
- Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines to ensure efficient and error-free code deployment.
- Lead the integration of front-end code with back-end services and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Monitor and maintain the health of the applications post-deployment, ensuring timely bug fixes and updates.
Minimum requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field preferred.
- Extensive experience with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development concepts.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and other relevant software.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability in creating responsive, high-performance, and intuitive web interfaces.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
- Excellent collaborative skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and other web services.
- Strong understanding of web application security best practices.
- Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and managing deployment processes.
