Resumen
~ Responsable de garantizar una implementación oportuna de todos los proyectos de Ciclo de Vida como lanzamientos/cambios/transferencias/desinversiones mediante la coordinación de las partes interesadas involucradas de diferentes funciones. Garantiza el cumplimiento de las normas reglamentarias y de buenas prácticas de fabricación, la ley, los procedimientos operativos estándar, la seguridad y el medio ambiente y el código de conducta.
~El Coordinador Regional es responsable de optimizar la Cadena de Suministro en términos de servicio, procesos y costos.
~ El jefe de país gestiona la función de la cadena de suministro en los CPO y lidera un equipo de cadena de suministro local de alto rendimiento.
About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
- SPOC for regional and global stakeholders related to supply planning KPIs for Argentina. Lead the development of the supply plan and purchase order issues. Guarantee good communication with Country Account Manager / Logistic Expert in Basel / Plant Customer Service.
- Provide follow up of all Product Supply shipments to be delivered at country warehouses, from PO Placement until arrival at hand-over point.
- Actively support the S&BP process in the CPO (BD&L, private and institutional markets) seeking for high performance in Forecast Accuracy results by the correct application of Data Analytics.
- Ensure the correct execution of demand & supply planning transactions in the ERP Mainframe (SAP/R3) for the CPO portfolio. Perform the SAP Super User Role of SAP R/3 demand planning and purchasing module.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Franchises, BPA and SFE the planning, supply and distribution of medical samples for direct business portfolio.
- Ensure excellence in the execution of LCM events and Launches in the CPO. Support the inclusion of BD&L businesses. Update and ensure timely update of weekly NOSSCE stock outs report.
- Ensure compliance of NFCM applicable cockpits. Lead the on-time and accurate update of Supply Planning matters with stakeholders in business meetings as MBR, Supply Reviews with BD&L or NVS team, weekly stock outs reviews, Sales Status, AMC (SCM segment), Inventory levels and /WO review, among others to ensure business continuity. Calculate and report Demand & Supply Planning monthly KPI ´s (Inventory Projection, MOC, CSL/SAR, WO projection, WO top offenders, BD&L OTIF, among others).
Minimum Requirements:
- Education (minimum/desirable): University Degree in Business Administration or Engineering. MBA Desirable.
- Languages: Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in demand planning, production planning & control, strategic sourcing or supply chain positions/activities.
- Highly skilled in information management tools & ERP systems.
- Functional and Leadership Competencies. Strong operations, production & supply planning skills.
- Strong skills in information management tools. Methodical with strong attention to details.
- ERP transactional Skills (i.e. SAP, AS400, JD Edwards)
