About the role:
We are seeking a passionate, driven professional to join our team and help us fulfill our bold mission: to go above and beyond, together for patients. As a Manager within the Portfolio Management Team, you will play a key role in driving the success of our portfolio of brands.
In this dynamic position, you will manage a portfolio of brands, maximizing their performance throughout the entire lifecycle. You will provide critical analytical support to the entire portfolio team, contributing to key decision-making processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with brand leads on various high-impact projects, ensuring that each brand meets its full potential.
This is a permanent position.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of brands to optimize performance and drive growth.
- Provide in-depth analytical insights and support to the portfolio team, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with brand leads to support a variety of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and successful execution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and strategies for enhanced brand performance.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure the portfolio meets short-term and long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to align brand strategies and ensure seamless execution across functions.
- Track industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity to inform portfolio strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the portfolio, ensuring financial targets are met and performance is optimized.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in portfolio management, brand management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Superior Business Acumen / Strategic Thinking and Planning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for driving team success.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects.
Desirable Requirements
- Solid analytical and financial understanding
- 5-10 years pharma expereince
