About the Role
Key responsibilities:
- Lead FML Team in launch preparations, and execution, aiming for excellence in medical expert engagement, medical education and data generation
- Ensure appropriate identification/mapping of MEs/ Key Accounts, including opportunities to involve MEs when a specific medical need is identified to provide support.
- Develop/execute ME engagement plans to effectively prioritize and strategically engage MEs aligned with country strategy.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for information from MEs
- Support Novartis clinical research programs, optimize trial execution and provide scientific educational support to study sites in collaboration with clinical operations.
- Facilitate Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) process upon investigator's request
- Provide expert disease area/ product training, serve as a medical resource to field colleagues, and actively coach/mentor others.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong academic background in healthcare, such as a Master's or PhD.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the onco-hematology area.
- Previous experience guiding cross-function teams and pre-launch strategies.
- Previous experiences with new molecular launches and in-depth knowledge of the Brazilian healthcare system.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
