Résumé

Has primary responsibility for leading the product related learning strategy across the UK's Therapy Areas. The role will establish learning need, coordinate, deliver and measure the impact of learning activities aligned to each therapy area, ensuring the commercial workforce is effectively skilled to deliver therapy area aspiration. The role will oversee governance surrounding product training, and ensure compliance with the UK's internal learning standards.

London Office with Hybrid working (12 days per month in the office)

Major accountabilities:

  • Establish and manage key stakeholder relationships within Therapy Areas to identify product specific learning needs, establishing a regular cadence to drive effective stakeholder engagement
  • Develop a robust learning plan to support Therapy Areas; to monitor implementation and impact of the learning activities against agreed learning outcomes providing feedback to both Learning and Development Lead and key stakeholders within Therapy Areas.
  • Design and deliver training in areas as required to support Therapy Area commercial ambitions.
  • To manage an assigned training budget, through effective resource utilization
  • To work alongside International and Global learning partners, evaluating available content, localizing for UK use and monitor impact Vs plan.
  • Orchestrate the onboarding journey’s for new commercial starters (not the product training)
  • To develop and implement distance learning modules which encourages participation of sales teams using other learning platforms like e-learning, video conferencing and teleconference

Requirements:

  • A skilled L&D professional in the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Otherwise, from another healthcare related sector e.g. NHS, Medical Devices.
  • Proven success in applying adult learning theory to the design and delivery of learning initiatives.
  • Experience with performance consulting in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is also desirable
  • A learning qualification is a plus
  • Competent using varied learning technologies e.g. e-learning and learning software/platforms
