ストラテジック・ビジネスパートナーは、コマーシャル・ビジネス・ドライブのビジネスアナリストとして、DDITのグローバルおよびローカルな需要がビジネスから把握されていることを確認し、合意されたサービス内容に従ってステークホルダーに質の高いサービスが提供されるよう、DDITの他の部門と協力します。
About the Role
Major Accountabilities
- This role contributes to the organization's strategy and implements objectives with technology strategy development, solution discovery, service, risk and relationship management.
- Acts as the Product Line Market or Country Lead.
- Responsible for product lifecycle in close partnership with the Global Product Line Lead and Business Product Owner.
- Manages the technical product roadmap for a specific region or country.
- Contributes to the Product Roadmap from ideation to development through adoption and value realization.
- Participates in prioritizing features to build minimum viable products towards incrementally delivering maximum business value.
- Represent the business and customer strategy within the specific country/market/region.

- 最小限の実行可能な製品を構築するための機能の優先順位付けに参加し、最大限のビジネス価値を段階的に提供します。
- 特定の国/市場/地域において、ビジネスおよび顧客戦略を代表となります。
Requirement
- At least 3 years of BA experience in any industry
- No specific academic background required
- Experience in stakeholder management within a multinational company (matrix organization)
- Ability to proactively propose ideas regardless of position hierarchy
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Possession of a growth mindset and flexible thinking Agile way of working
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Experience leveraging digital technology/big data is preferred
