About the Role
Your responsibilities include but not are limited
• Responsible for bringing in next generation capabilities, especially related to AI in data management and data management for scaling AI
• This role is in charge of innovation in EDM, proof of concepts, new product development, business justification, planning, quality, forecasting, pricing, launch and marketing for all new AI capabilities for data management.
• Defines and communicates the product vision and roadmap, and is a strong communicator that can champion the product’s value to the businesses, EDOs and leadership
• Identifies, designs and implements the data capabilities related to handling unstructured data, ontologies, knowledge graphs, LLMs.
• Works with the business teams in understanding the future needs in data management areas along with the data strategy lead and moves the AI based capabilities from strategy, design and execution
• Responsible for working with the data strategy lead, EDOs and business teams in driving the AI strategy for data management, specific use cases for adoption in the businesses.
• Work with the technology platform teams to bring in new capabilities such as Gen AI based data cataloguing, Ontology management, etc. Work with the business teams to ensure the future roadmaps on AI capabilities are aligned and adopted.
• Drive the future thinking of data management team through innovation strategy, AI driven transformation of data management practices and data management for scaling AI.
Minimum Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Data product Strategy, with at least 2 years in Pharma/Healthcare
• In-depth experience of data/information management practices, systems and processes including information lifecycle management, data modelling, master data management, meta-data management
• Experience with large-scale data or program management and oversight
• Ability to build strong relationships across a broad network of customers to embed the strategy and adoption of enterprise data governance and lifecycle management processes
• Experience leading teams in data technology and database technology management roles
• Hands on experience with product management, preferably data products (such as data quality, Master data etc)
• Experience with data related platforms and products (such as AWS, Google etc). Experience designing, deploying and operating products in a complex and fast changing environment
• Excellent conceptual grasp of complex enterprise IT architecture and landscape. Proven aptitude for innovation.
