About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Planning/ Forecasting (Master data maintenance & administration of forecasting system).
- Managing and disposition of all finished products (Purchasing of all MTO products according to global supply policies; Responsible for the inventory coverage).
- Purchasing of Pharma products via SCM Basel.
- Managing and Purchasing of all third-party products (Overall order process management with third party supplier).
- Managing Subcontracting (Re-packaging / Re-working).
- Performance for this job will be measured in Forecast accuracy, Inventory Coverage and Stock Availability Rate.
Essential Requirements:
- Commercial education, or Industrial Engineering.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Flexibility, initiative, and resilience to the pressure of balancing workload and time scales.
- Knowledge of forecasting, material planning and purchasing processes.
- Good understanding of SAP , MM & SD modules a plus.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position (forecasting, logistics or purchasing).
Desirable Requirements:
Preferred knowledge of Rapid Response.
